Now, since the PlayStation 4 Pro was announced a couple of days ago, the developer of the game, Zenimax Online Studios have set their sights in bringing this game to the console. They have also released a 4K trailer of the game running on PlayStation 4 Pro.
The description of the video suggests that that Tamriel Unlimited will run at native 4K on PlayStation 4 Pro, which means the MMO will receive a massive visual boost.
