Changing WiFi on a Ring Doorbell happens just from the app on your phone, which you would have set up when you were getting your Ring Doorbell going. This app is what you use to view your footage and manage the doorbell itself. You won’t need to actually touch or change anything on the doorbell itself to change the WiFi.
- Step 1: Open up the Ring Doorbell App
- Step 2: Select the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner of the app.
- Step 3: Select Devices.
- Step 4: Select the relevant Ring Doorbell.
- Step 5: Select Device Health.
- Step 6: Select Change Wifi Network or Reconnect to Wifi.
- Step 7: Select the WiFi Network you would like to connect to and enter the password if needed.
Then you are all set, Ring Doorbell should be all set up on WiFi. You will now know how to change WiFi on Ring Doorbell. You can also go to your Device Dashboard screen to see if your WiFi signal is good for your doorbell, by selecting Network and checking out the Signal Strength.
