She claimed Musk was “completely naked except for a sheet covering the lower half of his body”. He later exposed his genitals to her, touched her and offered to buy her a horse if she performed sexual acts.

Response to Allegations

Musk has called the story a “politically motivated hit piece”. He says “the attacks against me should be viewed through a political lens”.

The attendant reportedly declined Musk’s offer, saying she felt she was pushed out for refusing to “prostitute herself”.

The attendant hired an employment lawyer in 2018, who sent a complaint to SpaceX. The matter was settled outside of court, and she was granted the $250,000 in exchange for agreeing not to sue. She was also barred from discussing the matter and disclosing any further information about Musk and his businesses.

Musk said “If I were inclined to engage in sexual harassment, this is unlikely to be the first time in my entire 30-year career that it comes to light.” He also tried to dismiss the story by bringing up free speech, saying “nothing will deter me from fighting for a good future and your right to free speech.”
