For many, the original in the series went by largely unnoticed. Some chalked it up to being a clone of Dark souls. However as often said, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. While there were many similarities between the series, Lords of the Fallen added its own twists to the genre.
The original was enough of a financial success though to warrant a sequel. Lords of the Fallen 2 continues the brutal and grim world the original started. Players will once again set about on a quest to purge evil from the lands and bring gods to their knees. With its deeply satisfying combat, fans of the series are sure to enjoy a return of the series.
