Here’s a good fact for you to use against your parents or teachers when they tell you that you should study instead of playing games – Skyrim is seemingly a factual game. Rice University of Houston, Texas actually uses Skyrim to teach students about Scandinavian culture.

Bethesda were originally contacted to make a game based on colossus TV hit series “Game of Thrones”, and from that, Skyrim was born. Don’t worry Game of Thrones fans, it wasn’t anything personal – Bethesda just decided they would rather make their own world for players instead, and what a wonderful job they did.
