Here’s what he said verbatim:

I was informed again of the terms upon which I would be shown what was beneath: no pictures, no video, no precise descriptions of gameplay, definitely no locations that could pin it down to anywhere closer than just the vicinity of darkest Basingstoke. Broad descriptions were okay, and of course the name is legendary. Mythological, even.

The post on the blog also featured a video which shows a little bit of the game in action. In the snippet, the game actually looks like an evolution of an old PlayStation Vita game called TxK. TxK, on the other hand is a spiritual successor to Tempest 2000, the game which was single-handedly made by Minter for Atari Jaguar.
So, we’ll have to wait to find out more details about the game, but for now the game looks like an improvised version of TxK.
On the other hand we are also waiting for Minter to prove that the mythological game called Polybius actually existed around three and a half decade ago.
