Red Dead Redemption 2 is not only one of the best selling games of the year but one of the best selling games ever. It has even beaten the amount of copies the first game has sold in a matter of days.
Since Red Dead Redemption’s release and up until the most recent sales figures from February 2017, Red Dead Redemption had shipped 15 million copies, placing it behind RDR2 by quite a way. According to Rockstar’s parent company, Take-Two Interactive, more than 17 million copies of Red Dead Redemption 2 have already been shipped.
