New Baja Blast Mountain Dew Flavour Arrives Later This Year

Gamers can rejoice as a new flavour of their favourite beverage is on the way – Mountain Dew is adding Baja Blast to the menu.

Sadly, you probably won’t want to drink too much of this in one go. The new Mountain Dew Baja Blast flavour is part of the ‘Hard’ range, the alcoholic variant of the liquid. Introduced late last year, Hard Mountain Dew contains 5% alcohol and had three flavours to choose from – Original, Black Cherry, and Watermelon. Baja Blast is the fourth addition to this line-up.

While you should definitely drink this beverage responsibly, you can be safe in the knowledge that it at least contains no sugar. The last thing you want is a crash in the middle of a gaming session!

Game on

Mountain Dew has had a Baja Blast flavour in the past, but not in the form of this alcoholic variant. Drinkers in the US and Canada have enjoyed the flavour on the Taco Bell menu for a number of years. Sadly, there’s no word yet on whether this flavour will make its way to the UK. We sure hope it does, though!

If you’re in the US, you can expect the see the Hard Mountain Dew Baja Blast cans sometime in February 2022. If you manage to get your hands on one, be sure to let us know how it tastes! We’re also extremely curious to know what colour it is – if it’s not toxic green, we’re not interested.

It’s looking to be a good month for us food and drink lovers! McDonalds is introducing the Chicken Big Mac to the UK later this week. It’s the first time the menu item has been served in this country!
