He added that his brother received a “package full of feces in the mail” although he privately and publicly requested Sterling to ask his subscribers to stop harassing him. Robert also mentioned that they were working on the lawsuit from nearly four months’ time and they are in talks with a premium online defamation law firm in this matter.
On the other hand Jim Sterling hasn’t spoken much in this matter yet. When Patrick Klepek asked him to comment on this he said, “It would be unwise to say much at this time. All I can tell you is that I am dealing with this situation and that I am fully confident about it.”
The fight between the two parties started when Sterling reviewed Digital Homicide’s game Slaughtering Grounds on YouTube with a 10 minute video. He also termed the game the contender of the ‘worst game of 2014’.

Digital Homicide, in response to Sterling’s video posted two videos which were later deleted that accused him of not playing the game correctly. They also called the critic ‘a fucking idiot’. The videos however are archived on Sterling’s channel.
