Horizon Forbidden West Is Getting Its Own Tallneck LEGO Set

LEGO has announced a brand new kit that’s themed on the Tallneck’s from Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West – and they’re releasing soon!

If there’s one thing that games love more than playing video games, it’s building LEGO figurines based on their favourite worlds. Sadly, PlayStation fans haven’t had much to be excited about in the world of plastic bricks. That all changed today, though, when LEGO and Sony announced a new partnership to bring PlayStation themed kits to shelves.

The first of the kits is a model of the Tallneck mechs in Horizon Forbidden West. These gigantic creatures need to be scaled in the game to uncover fog of war on the world map. Now, you can build and display your very own!

While LEGO can be enjoyed by younger ages, this kit is definitely one for the older crowd. It’s a collectors piece, intended to be build and displayed proudly. It consists of 1,222 pieces and stands at around 13.5 inches high when fully built. That’s huge!

We certainly can’t wait to get this thing into our master builder hands. Thankfully, we don’t have long to wait. It’s scheduled to hit shelves sometime in May 2022. My birthday is May 28th – just saying! It retails for £69.99, which is in line with some of the other medium sized LEGO builds out there.

Hopefully this partnership between LEGO and PlayStation will mean that more kits are on the way. I’d personally love to see a Last of Us set, or even Uncharted!
