Hell Let Loose Comes To Consoles In October

Team17 is releasing Hell Let Loose on consoles this October, expanding the tactical World War II shooter outside of PC for the first time.

Hell Let Loose is a large-scale WW2 shooter that launched into Steam Early Access back in 2019. Since then, the game has seen numerous updates, bringing new maps, modes and features towards its eventual full release in July this year.

It seems as though the wait for the console launch is finally over, as Hell Let Loose will launch on next-gen consoles on October 5th.

HELL LET LOOSE RELEASES ON CONSOLES

Hell Let Loose launched its console beta just a couple of weeks ago. PlayStation 5 players were able to sign up for the beta. However, since it was under NDA, initial reactions have been scarce.

Black Matter Studios is clearly hoping for a good year. Earlier in the year, it launched Hell Let Loose out of Early Access. The introduction of Update 10, which brought Russian Forces and an Eastern Front map, ushered in its official launch.

By moving into a full launch, Black Matter Games hope that they can developer and support the game “well into the future”. Hopefully, we will see the same kind of success that Splitgate saw on its console launch. However, with the launch of other WW2 shooter, Call of Duty Vanguard, Hell Let Loose will face some fierce competition.

Hell Let Loose launches on October 5th across PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. You can also access the game now on PC.
