Could a new PS4 model be on its way? While Sony has not made any official statements regarding a new model, there was a certification for a new model published by the Japanese ministry of internal affairs and communications. The certification is for two different models and the only explanation in the report was about wireless equipment and nothing else.
The only real change that is expected in an internal one, not a full redesign. What might that change be? Better power consumption management? upgraded HDD? Hopefully with the Tokyo Gaming Show and Gamescom arriving soon, There might be a official word by Sony on what to expect from the PS4 model.
