Images were recently leaked showing some of the aspects of November’s Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Three picture were shared on Twitter, showing a warship, a soldier, and a jet-fighter. These images appear to be from marketing materials from GameStop.

The images share some information about the campaign mode of the game. It looks like players will be able to call The Retribution home while they travel around space.

As A Captain, the player now gets to choose where The Retribution goes in the form of raids on enemy ships and targets of opportunity that will grant access to combat upgrades and other helpful resources for the main story missions.

We also get a first look at the Jackal, a jet-fighter ready for combat. This upgradable vehicle will apparently be used throughout the campaign.

Throughout the story campaign, players will also pilot their very own advanced space combat ready jet-fighter, better known as The Jackal. Integrated throughout the story mission, the Jackal is upgradable and will evolve as the player progresses through the game.

Even though Infinite Warfare seems to be the least desired Call of Duty game to date, these images have me a little excited because it does show the implementation of a new take on a game known for having similar characteristics in every release. It also makes me wonder if there will be vehicles and fighter jets for players to control in multiplayer.

Hopefully we will get to see a few more “leaked” images in the near future in order to learn more about the game.
