The beta for Back 4 Blood requires an access code and there are a couple of options here.

The simplest is to pre-order the game, which will grant you a code. However, for some, this is understandably not an option. You want to try out the game before committing, or maybe you’re playing on Xbox meaning you get the game on launch via Game Pass, and therefore don’t need to preorder.

For those in that boat, you can head over to Warner Bros Games and create an account. By then linking your Warner Bros account and Twitch account, you’ll need to watch 60 minutes of a Back 4 Blood stream with Twitch drop enabled.

After the stream head to the Twitch drops homepage to claim your code. Then by entering the code back on your WB account, you’ll be able to shoot zombies to your heart’s content. Well… at least till August 16th.

Back 4 Blood will launch on October 12th on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
