Bethesda set to announce space-faring open world game at E3 no one is expecting

There are some rumors coming out of left field that Bethesda is set to unveil something totally unexpected at E3. It’s not another Elder Scrolls game, it’s not Fallout 4, according to rumors it’s something totally different that takes place in between both timelines.

An intergalactic RPG called Starfield could be the next big IP from Bethesda, which would have them exploring new territory. It could contain anywhere from 5 to 10 unique alien races, space travel using an interconnected hub system, and most surprisingly, it’s rumored that the game world will connect to both the Fallout and Elder Scrolls universes.

There are some pretty convoluted theories about how it all fits together, fueled by The Brotherhood of Steel having created nirnroot, and it’s believed Starfield may take place in between the timeline of Elder Scrolls and Fallout.

“They’re getting a little wacky with the lore and using “Elder Scrolls time wounds” to justify lore inconsistencies.” revealed the anonymous leaker.

This game has allegedly been in pre-production since 2008, after the release of Fallout 3, and started moving forward into development after Skyrim came out. It’s impressive that that they’ve managed to keep it quiet for nearly a decade, and we’ll know in a few days at E3 whether these rumors hold any water or not.

Are you ready for a Sci-Fi open world RPG game by Bethesda that takes place in space? The leaker has revealed that Fallout is the beginning of the timeline, Starfield takes place in the middle, and Elder Scrolls takes place in the far future.

Remember, take this with a grain of salt, none of this has been confirmed by Bethesda.
