User posts proof about Mass Effect: Andromeda Graphical Downgrade

With less than a week before Mass Effect: Andromeda is released new information is surfacing on the web regarding BioWare’s upcoming ARPG. One Mass Effect fan discovered that Andromeda is actually a graphical downgrade.

According to NeoGAF user, Wishmaster92, the PC visuals in Andromeda were watered down. Most notably, the user found out that the eye shaders saw a drastic decrease visually when comparing the recent models to the game’s trailer.

“Even the PC 4k version from their videos don’t come close to the reveal,” the user explained.  “I’m not holding my breath the PS4 Pro 1080p mode would introduce these effects back, although I wish they could patch it in the future.”

Currently, BioWare has not commented on the controversial topic, but hopefully, these graphical settings can be addressed in a post-launch update. Mass Effect: Andromeda is set to launch on March 21st on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
