Andrew House, Group CEO and President, Sony Computer Entertainment, revealed that the company hopes to move more than 5 million PS4 units before March 31, 2014. He disclosed his target during the company’s Tokyo Game Show keynote earlier in the day.
This means that the company is targeting to sale at least a million PS4 units when it launches this November, and hopes to continue the momentum all the way to March next year.
Sony’s next-gen console will be releasing on November 15 in North America while European gamers will get their hands on the device on Novemer 29. The console will be releasing in Japan in February next year.
