Red Dead Redemption 2 has been dominating headlines in the gaming world, but it’s not the only game to be hyped about…

Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two, has confirmed that we’ll be getting the game’s online version, Red Dead Online, before the end of the month.

Hooray!
Unfortunately, as is often the way, the opening for the online mode has already partially been leaked – expect spoilers ahead!

In a video which you can watch below, a couple of missions can be seen, including one that asks you to “survive 10 bear attacks and kill the bear each time.”
You can also catch the words: “Take part in a Series,” and “Complete the Intro.”

Exciting stuff!
Red Dead Online also looks like it’s going to have the ability to purchase property instead of just camps, which is pretty exciting.

Although the leak is just the bare-bones, it looks like there’s around 10 properties (for now) up for sale, each with placeholder names and prices. You can see more about this in the video above.
When Red Dead 2 goes online I’m telling you this right now. If we’re doing a group mission I’m gonna rob you and kill you the very first time the opportunity presents itself. Might slap the fuck out your horse too

Along with the info about property, it looks like a battle royale mode for the game will be available, which might have some fans divided. The likes of Fortnite, PUBG and even FIFA have made battle royales a little…commonplace.
Although no formal date is set in stone as of yet, the whole world is super-hyped for Red Dead Online – will you be checking it out when it launches later in the month?
