The PlayStation 4 has sold an insane amount of units within the day or so it has been out and it’s no surprise that the PlayStation network is experiencing issues. Sony has told fans to wait patiently while they work everything out, this wasl all expected though. When hundreds of thousands of people buy a console and all try to log in, of course there will be some issues.
Many PlayStation fans and enthusiasts are blowing up PlayStation’s twitter saying they keep getting error NW-31453-6 or NP-3500-8. Some people are also saying that they’ve been getting another alert that says the following. “The network connection has been lost”. From our understanding this is basically the way that the PlayStation network is telling everyone that it’s being overloaded.
Sony has said they are aware of the issue and will be taking care of it soon. You can find the link to the tweet below.
