Fans of the Kingdom Hearts series have been waiting for the upcoming release along with any announcements for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 video game. Now it seems that the development of the game has taken a new form through the use of Unreal Engine 4.
The Kingdom Hearts 3 video game is said to be released sometime next year in 2015. Development of Kingdom Hearts 3 was first announced during E3 2013 but news of the development has been a bit scarce. Though there is a bit of news made recently from Tetsuya Nomura, who recently left development of Final Fantasy XV and will be working on Kingdom Hearts 3.
According to Nomura, Square Enix has switched the development of Kingdom Hearts 3 to Epic Games, Unreal Engine 4. Because of the switch Square Enix made, there are a few rendering issues that they are working on so we’re unsure of how this affects the desired 2015 release date.
We will of course keep you updated on the very latest of Kingdom Hearts 3 right here on PlayStation Gang.
