Fallout 4 has got some awesome mods already, but this new mod is quite unique.
You can play as Dogmeat or any other dogs of the commonwealth using this Be The Dog – Playable Dogs mod. The mod is developed by Abbalovesyou.
You’ll have two basic bites viz. a jumping bite and a running jumping bite while playing as a dog. You also have two additional power attacks to go with the bites. You can equip yourself(the dog) with the pip boy, wear any available dog gear and recruit Dogmeat as your companion in the mod.

The mod, however, has some issues. You will not be able to see the pip-boy when you’re in the first person view and will need to return to human form before the intro sequence ends to avoid crashing the game.
