There’s no doubt you’ve heard about Sony’s upcoming service PlayStation Now. Originally known as Gaikai, Sony quickly picked up the service labeled it PlayStation Now. The subscription service would allow several Sony consoles and devices to connect online and access select video game titles to play right online through streaming on the cloud. Today, Gaikai released an image that shows off what the PlayStation Now could look like along with rental prices.
While nothing has been deemed official from Sony quite yet, the image may have revealed what PlayStation Now will look like along with standalone video game rentals. According to the image, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will cost you $5 while Far Cry 3 will run you $6. Though there will be a subscription service available which we imagine all games will be available for streaming.
Right now, Sony has yet to make any comments on the image though the service will be available this Summer in North America with a closed beta already running. Once further information is released on the upcoming PlayStation Now service, we’ll keep you informed right here on PSG! For the meantime, let us know if you plan on picking up the PlayStation Now service once it does release.
