Crytek will be demonstrating CryEngine 3 upgrades at GDC next week such as the next-generation DX11 graphics and tools along with advancements to the AI System and UI Actions. GDC will be in San Francisco next week. Develop has stated that the newest tech upgrades will be shown at Crytek’s GDC booth.
Last month, a job posting noted that EA had signed with Crytek for a new project. We do not know much about the new project except the only other confirmed developments from the firm are the Kinect-exclusive Ryse, THQ’s Homefront 2, the free-to-play Warface, and Crytek’s new social platform GFACE.
