Amazon has launched a PSN storefront, offering codes for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita games as well as downloadable content. Previously, you could only buy PSN items through the PlayStation Store, now there is an alternative if you don’t feel like giving Sony your credit card details.
The Amazon virtual store has more than 100 items including recently released games like Battlefield 4 and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and will be adding more in the future. It will add games the same day they are released elsewhere.
In celebration of the launch, Amazon is offering 5 credit for PSN digital content to anyone who buys the digital version of select titles through their site. The credit will be applied automatically upon completing the purchase.
Currently, the service is only available in the U.S.
