Kid Livestreams Super Mario Brothers World Record Speedrun While Wearing Heartrate Monitor

Super Mario Bros.

“I have reached my potential in this category – I’m done! My quest is over.” gamer darbian declared triumphantly after setting a new world record of (4:57.260) in Super Mario Brothers, played on a real NES. The tension was palpable, and his heart rate rose to nearly 180 in the final clutch moments of the game.

It was interesting to note just how confident he was in clipping the edges of enemy characters during the gameplay. There were many instances where it appeared he collided with axe throwing Koopas and fireballs. Apparently this level of mastery and attention to detail is required to charge through the map so brazenly.
