Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann, co-director of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, has revealed in a new interview that this time around, Uncharted 4 will have a more personal feel then ever before.
During an interview with MCV, Neil Druckmann has stated that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be unique compared to the previous installments. Neil has stated that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End won’t be affected by The Last of Us.
That dark tone that gamers got when playing through The Last of Us won’t bleed into Uncharted 4. Instead, gamers can rest easy and still expect a fun blockbuster movie feel that the past Uncharted video games had. Although, developers has learned about new developing techniques from The Last of Us that they will be using for Uncharted 4.
What Neil Druckmann can reveal right now is that the upcoming title will be much more personal. You will learn more about who Nathan Drake is, the effect that this journey is having on him and the people around him.
Uncharted 4 will be releasing sometime in 2015 for the PlayStation 4.
