Red Dead Redemption 2 isn’t short on its funny moments, and fans of the game over on Reddit are thoroughly enjoying a comparison of Arthur Morgan and John Marston’s journals.
Posting on the r/RedDeadRedemption subreddit, a user by the name of SmellMyFungus shared the following Imgur gallery, which shows the hilarious differences between the characters’ artistic skills.
One Reddit user commented: “I’m just gonna say this- I find this pretty cute tbh.”
Another added: “At least he’s trying.”
Maybe John Marston needs to stick to his day job?
Over on Twitter, everyone is apparently an art critic, with lots of people slating Marston’s sketches. One player described Marston’s drawing style as similar to a “semi-literate child.”

Red Dead Redemption 2‘s attention to detail really does know no bounds. It’s become one of the most well-received games of 2018, and it’s likely to stick around in the hearts of players for a damn long time. Thanks, Rockstar Games.
