Thanks to PS Nation for spotting this. It appears the price for PS4 games will remain the same as the PS3 games.
In the Uplay store it repeated that the PS4 collector’s edition versions of Assassin’s Creed IV have the same price as the current gen consoles prices. Meaning the regular versions of Assassin’s Creed 4 will be $60. Down below you can see the image
