Naughty Dog has been a pretty common name to see in terms of video game news. Not only have they been praised for their recent works on The Last of Us but also reported on recent departures from the studio. Turns out, the development team is all doing very well and eager to show off their work at this year’s E3 expo.
The news of recent departures from Naughty Dog has been in the spotlight for quite some time. Development studio co-presidents Evan Wells and Christopher Balestra were glad to put the concerns from recent staff changes to rest through an interview with GameInformer.
During the interview, the co-presidents spoke of how well the staff is doing at the moment.
“Everyone here is energized and excited to show off what we’ve been working on. There are no doom and gloom feelings…”
The two also spoke of how changes in staff is normal and the previous generation the development studio has seen art directors, creative directors, co-presidents and even co-founders leave the company. Regardless of the departures, the development studio also kept their heads up and brought in new staff members.
For now, the development team has been excited to share their work during this year’s upcoming E3 2014 expo. One of the big titles that will be making an appearance is the next Uncharted video game.
