The popular Kickstarter campaign for The Girl and the Robot has just announced that the game will be releasing on the PlayStation 4. Those who have pledged at least $25 for the Kickstarter campaign will be receiving a survey asking which version of the game you wish to receive.
The Girl and the Robot is said to play out very much like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Ico which both happens to have a strong following. With an asking goal of $15,000 the game campaign has already been funded with $38,000 though that’s not the only good news the creators are receiving.
A new update has been posted on the Kickstarter campaign stating that the game will be launching on the PlayStation 4, a new console that was just added to the list of previous systems that are currently receiving the game.
“Hello!
We have some good news for you today. It seems like our game caught the attention of Sony and we managed to get a deal with them. We are happy to announce that GnR will be available on PS4 !!
So to recap, our game will come out on WiiU, PS4 and Steam (PC, Mac, Linux). For those who pledged 25$ and up, we will send you a survey again closer to release date to ask which version you would like.
Thank you everybody for keeping the hype alive and making this possible! ^^”
