Cyberpunk 2077 might be rapidly getting better daily, but CD Projekt Red is well aware that the game is far from finished according to the Quest Director.
In an developer live stream with Quest Director Pawel Sasko, he stated that:
“I can assume you that we are working on an expansion, we’re working on stuff for you guys besides that. That didn’t change, we are still improving the game because we are all aware that there is work to be done.”
“We’re very happy you guys liked Patch 1.5, and that gives us more…. incentive to work for you guys because you show your appreciation for it. That’s as much as I can tell you. We are working on stuff for you. Like I’m literally daily reviewing quests, talking to people about stuff, so it is happening.”

Is Cyberpunk 2077 finished?
Upon release, Cyberpunk 2077 was broken on a core level. It was a glitchfest that a lot of people took issue with, with it barely running on last-gen systems. Now that it’s on next-generation systems hopefully CD Projekt Red can make the game closer to what they promised the game was going to be years ago.
