Originally set as a PS Vita side story to the console Assassin’s Creed III, Assassin’s Creed: Liberation is now making the leap to consoles, Ubisoft confirmed. It will be quite a leap to go from the PS Vita to the big screen, but it looks like Ubisoft has it firmly in hand in the trailer they released.
Sony confirmed that this version will have bonus missions, enhanced gameplay mechanics, improved visuals, re-worked facial animations and a re-mastered soundtrack. Assassin’s Creed: Liberation HD will be out early 2013 on the PS3 and other current generation platforms.
