Ariana Grande’s Fans Notice Her New Tattoo Has A Huge Mistake In It

Ariana Grande has never been shy about her love for getting inked, and has recently added quite a collection to her body in the last year, but her latest tattoo has left fans ‘in stitches’ after they realised it has a different meaning than the singer first intended.

She got a tattoo of the word 7 Rings (which is the name of her most recent song) with the characters ‘七輪’, and shared it on Instagram, however she’s since deleted the post. DW though, many people screen-shotted it after realising what it REALLY says.

Turns out the inking phrase actually means ‘shichirin’ – which translates to a ‘small barbecue grill’ in Japanese. Oh dear.

Twitter was then full of fans trying their hardest to decipher the meaning, with many saying that it was actually not even just about a small grill, but also meant ‘wheel’ in Chinese.

One user wrote: “Ariana Grande got a tattoo that says ‘七輪’ for her song Seven Rings, but ‘輪’ means ‘wheel’

“Rings would be ‘戒指’. Also in Chinese you need measure words so it would be ‘七個戒指’.”

Ariana then later responded to the gaffe on Twitter, saying :it hurt like f*ck n still looks tight [sic]’.

“I wouldn’t have lasted one more symbol lmao. But this spot also peels a ton and won’t last so if I miss it enough, I’ll suffer thru [sic] the whole thing next time.”

Check it out…

She recently got another tattoo of Eevee from Pokémon, and if you’re not a fan of the game and show, then you probably didn’t realise that Eevee is actually known as the character for evolution. It has also been noted that Eevee has an ‘irregularly shaped genetic structure’, which then enables the character to evolve into multiple Pokémon, and they are one of the rarest types to come across within the Pokémon universe.

As you can imagine, the Arianators went absolutely WILD for the tattoo on social media, with many rushing to let the singer know just how much they loved her latest edition.
