Turn Your Alexa Into Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s Alexios

The Amazon Alexa is a really useful thing to have in your home, but wouldn’t it be like a million times better if it was modelled after the new Assassin’s Creed game?

It sounds weird, but thanks to Ubisoft and Amazon you can now turn your boring old Alexa into Alexios from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Your new BFF Alexios will do everything Alexa does – tell you the traffic, the time, the weather (“gentle and mild like an Athenian in battle”), play your music etc – but it’ll be a lot cooler because he sounds pretty depressed and serious about his life, meaning you’ll basically be living in a meme.

A trailer released by Ubisoft and Amazon also shows Alexios giving a bit of background information about events, history and mythology in the game, which is pretty nice. No spoilers though, please Alexios!

Releasing the spartan couldn’t be easier from the looks of things. All you’ll need to do is say “Alexa, open The Spartan,” and no we’re not joking about that.

If you decided to transform your Alexa then you’ll be rewarded in-game with a Spartan skill which is definitely a nice touch.

In an advert posted to YouTube you can see what life would be like if you had a real Alexios in your house all the time, which fortunately won’t be the case.
