The first major update for PS4 has rendered PlayStation Network useless. The update has added plenty of new features for PS4 owners to explore, such as themes, pause download, and so much more.
Chris Owen the PlayStation Community manager said “There is a little bit of network instability at the moment, engineers are investigating.” This issue seems to have affected veryone who has downloaded the latest update, this time the error code is NW-31201-7.
