Bethesda’s games are famous in the modding community. They seem to never stop being modified. Fallout 4 has been modified like crazy lately, with the best one being a quicksilver mod for the game. Just like Fallout 4, Skyrim has had many crazy mods over the years, such as this one that took three years to make.
Now there’s a mod that makes Skyrim look like a Disney movie (it was actually announced in 2015). It’s called Toon Skyrim, which replaces the game’s more realistic look with a 3D animated movie for kids. (Except it’s Skyrim, nothing childish about that).
It is unclear if the mod is finished as no footage of it can be found and the original account that posted the screenshots has been deleted, but I have found that it was planned that the mod would be posted on Nexus Mods. We can only assume the modder is either still working on it or has given up. Either way, you can check out what it’s about below.
As you can see, I’m not the only one who was wondering the same thing. It has been 10 months since the screenshots were posted. I guess all we can do is wait.
