The peaceful, pastel exploration game from Ed Key and David Kanaga is now available on the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita. the port was developed by Curve Studios who has added a few new features not available in the PC version. PS3 players can generate an island based on the current date. The PS Vita version will allow player to affect the world via the touch screen and generate an island based on their current real-life location.
Proteus is a supremely beautiful and unique interactive experience. There are so many little magical details to uncover from wandering animal spirits to musical flowers. The trailer below may be in live action, but it thoroughly evokes the spirit of the game.
Proteus will cost $13.99 on the PSN and it is a cross-buy title. One purchase will get you both the PS3 and PS Vita versions.
