Developer of game Yandere Sim has put out a plea for help- his game has been banned from Twitch. You may be asking, what could be so bad about the game that Twitch decided they had to ban it? Well, for starters, it features naked schoolgirls. This is video game development, not a film featuring Mia Khalifa
Yandere Sim is a game that features you as a schoolgirl trying to sabotage the love life of the guy your character likes. You can kill other love interests or get rid of them in other, less violent ways. However, the true kicker is when you go to the shower room- your character can strip completely naked and walk around. The level of weirdness is similar to another game due for release about zombie fighting schoolgirls who can use their underwear as weapons.
Did I mention the game has an Attack on Titan easter egg featuring giant naked schoolkids? In addition, the game has a feature where you can walk around and take pictures up the skirts of schoolgirls. I understand that the developer of the game has the freedom to express himself and I respect the freedom of video games as art. However, I still think the game crosses the line. Naked kids, murder in a school setting, creepy picture taking… is it all necessary?
