Ever since the LucasArts ordeal with Disney went down, we’re finding more and more news of what could have been great video game titles based on Star Wars being canceled. The latest comes from development team Red Fly who developed Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II. Apparently, the developers were working on a title based around the Sith Lord Darth Maul.
The game was said to be based on an original origin story of Darth Maul but would slowly adapt to the story of the animated series The Clone Wars. Not too much has been revealed about the game but Red Fly also had one key player working with the team. George Lucas was reportedly working with Red Fly on the game and even talked about purchasing Red Fly for LucasArts but nothing ever came from it. Now all we have is this canceled footage of the game.
